Environmental Sustainability Manager / Sustainable Development Director

Position Overview We are seeking an organized and responsible Environmental Sustainability Manager / Sustainable Development Director to support environmental management, sustainability activities, compliance, and workplace improvement. Key Responsibilities Support daily environmental and sustainability activities. Monitor waste, recycling, energy use, water consumption, and other basic environmental data. Assist with environmental reports, records, and documentation. Coordinate recycling, waste reduction, energy-saving, and resource efficiency activities. Work with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and service providers on environmental matters. Assist with environmental inspections, audits, and follow-up actions. Support sustainability projects and employee awareness activities. Monitor basic environmental requirements and company procedures. Collect and organize sustainability data for management reporting. Identify simple opportunities to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and support sustainability goals. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Management, Sustainability, Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field. Some experience in environmental, sustainability, facilities, operations, compliance, or a related role. Basic understanding of environmental management and sustainability practices. Good communication, organizational, and reporting skills. Comfortable working with Excel, data, reports, and documentation. Able to coordinate with different departments and external parties. Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Experience with ESG, carbon reporting, energy management, waste management, or sustainability projects is an advantage, but not required.
