Job Description As APAC Project & Sustainability Integration Manager, your main responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing sustainability strategies aligned with ESG goals for the APAC projects. Overseeing the maintenance and operational efficiency. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards. Monitoring energy usage and proposing solutions to reduce environmental impact. Managing vendor relationships for maintenance and sustainability projects. Preparing and presenting reports on sustainability and maintenance performance to stakeholders. Leading initiatives to enhance resource efficiency and waste reduction. Staying updated on industry trends and regulations in sustainability and ESG practices. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Construction, Sustainability, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in retail or high-end commercial environments Proven expertise in sustainability practices. Familiarity with environmental regulations and compliance requirements in APAC. Excellent project management and organisational skills. The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
