Procurement Specialist

Your role purpose To efficiently manage procurement operations, ensure timely supply of indirect goods/services, conduct market research, negotiate contracts, and resolve supply issues, while adhering to quality and cost standards. Your Essential Duties and Responsiblities Source the optimal vendors for all internal Procurement customers. Secure all indirect services and procurement activities. Assist with operational topics related to direct procurement. Participate in cross-functional procurement projects. Monitor on-time payments and track advance payments; ensure all shipping documents are scanned and stored in the appropriate channels for traceability purposes. Monitor daily delivery tracking and ensure on-time batch generation in the ERP system. Handle payment-related documents, including debts, invoices, purchase orders, and advance payments. Monitor stock levels of office supplies, stationery, office services, and other related goods. Assist the Manager in maintaining the Procurement Department master tracker and related data. Competencies required Good communication and negotiation skills. Strong attention to detail and a data-oriented mindset. Systematic and well-organized approach to work. Research and analytical skills. Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Work Experience required Knowledge of procurement processes, including strategic supplier sourcing. Strong IT skills, with familiarity with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 4-5 years’ experience in indirect procurement, with involvement in multiple sourcing projects.
