Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Good analytical thinking, organisational, and problem-solving abilities. Understanding of supply chain operations, risk management, sustainability practices, and business processes. Ability to analyse supply chain information, identify operational risks, and support risk mitigation activities. Familiarity with spreadsheets, supply chain management systems, reporting tools, and online collaboration platforms. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate risk assessment records, sustainability documentation, and operational reports. Ability to support supplier assessments, responsible sourcing initiatives, process improvement, and supply chain performance monitoring. Good time-management skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Knowledge of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles, supplier compliance, business continuity, and supply chain resilience is an advantage. Ability to identify operational inefficiencies, evaluate potential risks, and recommend practical improvements. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with remote and cross-functional teams. Previous experience in supply chain management, risk analysis, sustainability, procurement, logistics, business analysis, or digital operations is advantageous.
