O&M Manager (Rooftop Solar)

We're looking for a commercially minded Operations & Maintenance Manager to lead and develop an expanding portfolio of C&I rooftop solar, BESS and EV assets. (Must have C&I rooftop solar experience) The Opportunity This isn't your typical O&M role. You'll have the freedom to shape how the function operates, drive performance and play a key role in the wider growth of the business. You'll be responsible for: Leading and developing the O&M function across C&I rooftop solar, BESS and EV. Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, contractors and technical performance. Managing rooftop solar PV and EV charging operations. Building strong client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Identifying opportunities for upgrades, additional services and recurring revenue. Developing maintenance contracts, proposals and commercial opportunities. Improving operational processes, efficiency and asset performance. Working closely with senior leadership to support business growth. What We're Looking For We're keen to speak with someone who brings: Strong experience in O&M working on C&I rooftop solar PV. A solid understanding of asset performance, maintenance and technical operations. Experience managing contractors, service providers and client relationships.
