Key Responsibilities Drive continuous enhancement of the Sustainable Investment Operating Model and related governance frameworks. Monitor and report progress against sustainability objectives, including climate-related targets, across Business Units and Asset Management Companies. Embed ESG and sustainability considerations into investment processes, mandates, research, portfolio management, and stewardship activities. Support the development and execution sustainable investment strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate sustainability priorities and commitments. Lead sustainable investment data strategy, data governance, and reporting initiatives to support regulatory and public disclosure requirements. Coordinate sustainability-related reporting, including Sustainability Reports, Annual Reports, regulatory filings, and industry submissions. Requirements 6+ years of experience in financial services, insurance, asset management, consulting, or related industries. Exposure to sustainable finance, ESG, investment governance, regulatory reporting, business transformation, or change management. Strong analytical and data management skills, with the ability to derive insights from large and complex datasets. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
