We help asset managers and investors understand where their portfolios stand and what it takes to reach net zero. BuildingMinds is an AI- and data-driven ESG platform for real estate. We help asset managers, insurers and investment funds collect and validate building data, from invoices and meters to tenant data, and turn it into reporting (GRESB, CRREM, EU Taxonomy, SFDR) and decisions on climate risk and retrofit planning. Our clients manage portfolios across Europe and the US. In 2026 we joined forces with Lookthrough, a Zurich-based real estate decision intelligence platform. Together we cover more than 100,000 buildings in 64 countries. The role You’ll be our clients’ go-to expert on ESG and data, helping them move from reporting to real decarbonisation. As their main point of contact, you’ll guide each engagement from onboarding through to ESG reporting. You’ll join the Professional Services team and report to the Head of Professional Services. What you'll do Manage onboarding and delivery for enterprise clients: scope, plan, execute and close. Act as trusted advisor to client sustainability, asset management and investment teams Guide clients through ESG reporting and compliance (GRESB, CSRD, CRREM, EU Taxonomy, SFDR) and make sure their data on our platform is complete and reportable. Design data collection strategies with clients and their property managers, including tenant data, meters, integrations and invoices. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients and support Sales in turning them into deals. Support presales with your domain expertise in client workshops, demos, RFP responses and solution design. Define requirements with your clients and share them with the internal team. What you bring 3–5 years of experience in consulting or client-facing project management, ideally in real estate, sustainability or SaaS. Sustainability domain knowledge is a big plus, especially one or more of: GRESB reporting CSRD / ESRS ESG integration in underwriting and investment processes Experience managing several client projects in parallel. Strong analytical skills and comfort with data (Excel required, SQL a plus). Fluent English, plus German or French at business level (required) . Structured, pragmatic and confident presenting to clients.
