CSR Department Manager (Temporary Contract) Key Responsibilities Develop and implement CSR strategies, operational plans, and budgets aligned with organizational objectives to achieve measurable short-term and long-term social impact. Lead CSR initiatives and establish strategic partnerships with educational institutions, media organizations, government agencies, private-sector organizations, NGOs, academics, and local communities. Develop and oversee social development and scholarship programs that promote educational opportunities and enhance the organization’s social impact and reputation nationally and internationally. Lead internal and external communication and public relations strategies to strengthen stakeholder engagement, promote CSR initiatives, and disseminate knowledge and best practices through appropriate communication channels and academic platforms. Monitor and evaluate CSR programs using relevant KPIs and social impact assessment methods to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies. Manage CSR budgets and resources to ensure efficient utilization and alignment with program objectives. Lead and develop the CSR team, fostering collaboration, enhancing team capabilities, and driving performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CSR, Social Development, Sustainability, ESG, Business Administration, Communications, Education, or a related field. Proven experience in CSR management, social development, sustainability, or scholarship program management. Experience in budget management and evaluating project performance and social impact using KPIs. Strong stakeholder management skills and established networks with educational institutions, media organizations, government agencies, NGOs, or other relevant organizations. Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in digital communication tools and social media platforms. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to develop teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
