SEO Specialist

GoMore · Copenhagen, Capital Region of Denmark, Denmark · On-site · Full-time

SEO Specialist for GoMore We’re looking for an SEO Specialist who combines technical SEO, content optimisation and strong analytical thinking. You’ll own GoMore’s organic search performance and roadmap, identifying where we can make the biggest impact and working across marketing, product and local teams to turn those opportunities into growth. You’ll also help us understand how search is changing, including how GoMore can increase its visibility across AI-powered and generative search experiences. Our shared mission At GoMore, we help people share cars. As a scale-up with a growing footprint, we operate across Europe, connecting millions of members and creating positive change by making better use of the cars already on the road. Your mission As our SEO Specialist, you’ll take ownership of organic search performance across our growing number of markets. You’ll define and drive our SEO roadmap across technical SEO, content and on-page optimisation, prioritising initiatives based on their potential business impact. You’ll work closely with our product and development teams on technical improvements, while collaborating with our local market teams to make sure our content performs across different languages and markets. SEO is changing quickly, so part of your role will also be to explore how GoMore should approach AI-powered and generative search, testing new opportunities as the search landscape evolves. Your areas of responsibility Own and develop GoMore’s SEO strategy and roadmap across our seven markets and multiple languages, prioritising initiatives based on impact. Identify technical SEO opportunities and work with our developers to improve crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, site speed, structured data and overall search performance. Conduct keyword and search-intent research and translate insights into content briefs, landing-page opportunities and on-page improvements together with our content and local market teams. Identify opportunities to grow qualified organic traffic and conversions, not just rankings. Develop and improve SEO tracking and reporting using Google Search Console, GA4 and our SEO tools. Monitor developments in AI-powered and generative search and test ways to improve GoMore’s visibility as search behaviour evolves. Monitor organic performance, turn data into actionable recommendations and communicate insights across the marketing team and wider organisation. Your qualifications 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience, either in-house or in an agency environment. Strong understanding of technical SEO and experience working with developers to get SEO improvements implemented. Solid experience with Google Search Console, GA4 and SEO tools such as Ahrefs or Semrush. Experience with keyword research, search intent, content optimisation and on-page SEO. Fluent English, both written and spoken. Experience with international or multilingual SEO is a strong plus, as is basic knowledge of HTML and experience working with hreflang and international site structures. You don’t need to be an expert in AI search already, but we’re looking for someone who is curious about how search is evolving and eager to experiment. Ready to apply? We review applications on an ongoing basis. If you have any questions about the role, you can contact our Head of Central Marketing, Patrik Löfqvist Kressander, at patrik.kressander@gomore.com. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Copenhagen office. We are unable to sponsor work visas, so applicants must already have the right to work in Denmark. Starting date: 1 January 2027.
