会社概要 現在グローバルで環境・サステナビリティソリューションを展開する企業にてEnvironmental Reguration Specialistのポジションがオープンとなりました。募集企業は脱炭素経営やサステナビリティ情報開示を支援す企業で、環境規制や開示要件が国内外で高度化する中、テクノロジーを活用して企業の環境コンプライアンスおよびサステナビリティ戦略の推進を支援しています。 ポジション概要 Environmental Regulation Specialistは、国内外の環境規制やサステナビリティ開示要件に関する専門知見を活用し、プロダクト価値へと変換する重要なポジションです。 プロダクト、エンジニアリング、カスタマーサクセス、営業チームと連携しながら、規制要件の分析、機能要件への落とし込み、顧客向けナレッジ発信を通じて、企業の脱炭素・環境コンプライアンス対応を支援するソリューションの強化を担います。 主な業務内容 日本および海外における環境規制、政策動向、サステナビリティ関連市場の調査・分析 GHG、CBAM、CSRD、ISSB、TCFD、TNFDなどの規制・開示要件の解釈およびプロダクト要件への反映 Product ManagerおよびEngineeringチームと連携した新機能の企画・要件定義 顧客向けガイダンス、ホワイトペーパー、ナレッジコンテンツの企画・作成 応募要件 以下いずれかの経験をお持ちの方 環境コンサルティング GHG検証、LCA算定、カーボンデータ分析 サステナビリティ・ESG推進 環境政策・規制調査 ESGアドバイザリー サステナビリティ開示支援 社内外ステークホルダーとの調整・マネジメント経験 ビジネスレベルの英語力 CDP、SBTi、CSRD、ISSB対応プロジェクト経験歓迎 Company Overview The company is a fast-growing Climate Tech and Sustainability SaaS provider that supports organizations in managing carbon emissions, sustainability reporting, and environmental compliance. By combining regulatory expertise with technology, the company helps clients navigate increasingly complex global sustainability requirements. Role Overview The Environmental Regulation Manager serves as the regulatory subject matter expert, monitoring environmental legislation and sustainability disclosure developments across Japan and international markets. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Commercial teams, this individual will translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable product capabilities and deliver strategic insights that enhance customer value and product competitiveness. Key Responsibilities Monitor and assess environmental regulations, sustainability disclosure frameworks, and market developments globally Interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into product features and business requirements Partner with Product Managers and Engineering teams on feature design, prioritization, and roadmap planning Provide regulatory insights to support product strategy and innovation Develop customer-facing content including white papers, regulatory guidance, and thought leadership materials Act as an internal subject matter expert on sustainability regulations, carbon management, and disclosure frameworks Key Requirements Required Experience Experience in environmental consulting, sustainability, ESG, environmental policy research, or related fields Experience supporting sustainability disclosure, ESG advisory, carbon management, or GHG accounting initiatives Proven ability to conduct regulatory research and deliver actionable business insights Skills & Qualifications Strong analytical and research capabilities Experience managing and influencing multiple stakeholders across functions Knowledge of sustainability disclosure frameworks and environmental regulations Experience with Climate Tech, Sustainability SaaS, ESG consulting, LCA, or environmental data management is advantageous Exposure to CDP, SBTi, CSRD, ISSB, CBAM, TCFD, or TNFD initiatives is preferred Language Requirements Japanese: Native-level proficiency required English: Business-level proficiency preferred; experience working in an international environment is advantageous Why Apply?
