German Speaking Sustainability Analyst

📣 We're hiring: a German-speaking sustainability analyst. Could it be you? Kaleidoscope helps mid-market companies see risk and opportunity across three lenses: commercial advantage, reputation and brand, and regulation and compliance. We're growing in the DACH region, and we need someone to lead our German-language client work. The role is hands-on client delivery: ✅ Guiding clients through CSRD and ESRS, from gap analysis to disclosure ✅ Turning complex regulation into clear outputs, in German and English ✅ Working directly with German-speaking client teams ✅ Feeding client insight into Kalibo, our machine learning assistant The person we're looking for: ✅ Business-fluent German and English ✅ 2-4 years in sustainability, ESG or strategy advisory ✅ Strong working knowledge of CSRD, ESRS and the EU Taxonomy ✅ Wants real client responsibility early, in a small, senior team 🇩🇪 Wir suchen eine/n Sustainability Analyst (m/w/d) mit verhandlungssicherem Deutsch. 📍 Remote | Full-time | Starting Q1 2027 Who's the sharpest German-speaking ESG analyst in your network?
