Senior Professional Services Consultant – ESG / PropTech Location: London or Berlin We're working with a growing PropTech business that's looking to hire a Senior Professional Services Consultant to support its expanding enterprise client base. The company provides a SaaS platform used by real estate owners, investors and asset managers to manage building data, improve sustainability performance and meet ESG reporting requirements. They're looking for someone who can take ownership of client projects, build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and help customers get the most out of the platform. The role will involve: Managing enterprise client projects from initial onboarding through to implementation and ongoing delivery. Working closely with sustainability, asset management and investment teams. Supporting clients with ESG reporting, including GRESB, CSRD, CRREM and EU Taxonomy. Helping clients improve how they collect, manage and report property and sustainability data. Managing multiple client projects and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders. Supporting the sales team with workshops, demonstrations and technical discussions. Working with internal product teams to share customer feedback and improve the platform. Identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships. What they're looking for: Around 3–5 years' experience in consulting, professional services or client-facing project management. A background in real estate, sustainability, PropTech or SaaS. Knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks such as GRESB, CSRD or ESRS would be particularly useful. Experience managing projects and working directly with enterprise clients. Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, particularly Excel. Someone who's organised, commercially aware and comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders.
