Software Product Manager
Last Energy seeks a full-time Senior Product Manager to own the roadmap, execution, and coordination of multiple engineering tools. This role will integrate a suite of internal software tools across a common interface and shared data architecture. The result will be a single, high-performing platform that reflects the sophistication of our engineering work and becomes the foundation engineers depend on every day. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who understands how software systems & tools connect, has a strong eye for user experience, and thrives at the intersection of engineering and product.

Audit existing prototyped tools and define how they should integrate — data flows, APIs, shared standards, and a common interface
Identify performance bottlenecks and set performance and reliability standards as tools scale across the organization
Manage timelines, priorities, and dependencies with strong project management discipline, including roadmapping, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication
Set guidelines for how engineers build and contribute new tools to the platform, including standards for AI-assisted development
