Sustainability Manager

ABOUT THE COMPANY: Our client is a developer and manager of commercial office spaces DESIGNATION : Manager Sustainability LOCATION : Colombo DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITITES: Develop and implement the company's sustainability strategy in alignment with business. objectives and industry best practices. Lead, coordinate, and oversee sustainability related certifications and accreditations. Monitor and measure sustainability performance across the company. Prepare sustainability reports, dashboards, and board-level presentations. Ensure compliance with applicable sustainability regulations and reporting standards. Identify and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and sustainability performance while promoting responsible practices across the organisation. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or Civil Engineering, any sustainability related science from a recognised institute. Master's degree and relevant professional certifications in sustainability will be considered an added advantage. A minimum of 5-7 years experience in sustainability with some experience in sustainability within a listed company or Multi national companies Sound knowledge of sustainability standards, reporting frameworks, and applicable regulatory requirements. Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
