We now have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and committed: SUSTAINABILITY MANAGER Responsibilities of the Role Develop and implement comprehensive ESG strategies and policies specific to the woodworking industry, collaboration with global sustainability team to contribute to overall strategy, competition analysis. ESG reporting Create and maintain necessary documentation, including ESG policies, procedures, and compliance reports. Foster employee engagement, educate and inspire on sustainability. Support Sales teams in customer responses for sustainability information and communication with external stakeholders. Ideal Candidate Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in ESG or CSR, preferably in the manufacturing or woodworking industry. Fluent in English and Latvian. Strong rigor in reporting and ESG-related documentation.
