Project Manager – Renewable Energy

Techno Green-Carbon Limited (TGCL) is looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager – Renewable Energy to lead and manage renewable energy projects, particularly solar power installations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project planning, execution, installation, commissioning, and site supervision, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical, quality, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and execute renewable energy projects, particularly solar power installations, from initiation to commissioning. Supervise on-site installation, testing, commissioning, and quality control activities. Coordinate with engineering, design, procurement, contractors, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and overall progress. Ensure compliance with technical specifications, applicable regulations, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards. Identify project risks, resolve operational challenges, and implement effective solutions. Prepare regular project progress reports and provide updates to management. Maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders. Educational Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a relevant discipline. Professional certifications or training in project management will be an added advantage. Required Experience & Skills Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in renewable energy or solar power project management. Proven experience in solar project execution, installation, commissioning, and site supervision. Strong project planning, leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of project management practices, technical documentation, and HSE standards. Ability to manage multiple project activities, allocate resources effectively, and meet project deadlines.
