About the Role As a fast-growing, licensed operator, we want our impact on communities to be as real and measurable as our growth. We are looking for a Corporate Social Responsibility Manager to design, run and prove that impact. You will turn the company's CSR commitments into programs that matter to the people they serve, stand up to scrutiny from regulators and the public, and make our people proud. You will also manage the company's foundation, owning its operations, programs and strategic direction. You will work closely with the Head of Corporate Affairs, the foundation's board, Compliance, Finance, Marketing and HR, and help build the company's CSR function largely from the ground up, from strategy and partners to measurement and reporting. What You'll Own Foundation leadership and operations Manage the day-to-dayd operations of the company's foundation, including budgets, processes, vendors and administration. Set the foundation's strategic direction, multi-year plan and program portfolio, and present them to the foundation's board of trustees for approval. Oversee the foundation's programs end to end, making sure each is well designed, properly funded and delivering measurable results. Act as secretariat to the foundation's board: prepare board papers, track resolutions and report on performance, finances and risks. Maintain the foundation's governance and regulatory compliance, including SEC filings, audited financial statements, BIR requirements and accreditations such as PCNC certification and donee institution status. Manage the foundation's funding, including annual allocations from the company, co-funding partnerships and grants. Set and enforce the foundation's policies on grant-making, partner selection, conflicts of interest and use of funds. CSR strategy and planning Develop and run the company's CSR strategy, with focus areas tied to the business, its communities and its regulatory commitments. Translate the strategy into an annual plan with clear objectives, budget, timelines and success measures. Prioritise causes and investments using a clear framework covering community need, relevance to the business, reputational risk and measurable outcomes. Keep CSR priorities aligned with the company's corporate affairs, brand and responsible gaming agenda. Program design and delivery Design, launch and manage flagship CSR programs end to end, from needs assessment and partner selection to delivery and close-out. Run community programs in areas such as education, livelihood and digital skills, health, disaster response and environmental initiatives. Lead the company's disaster relief and emergency response efforts, including rapid mobilisation of donations, partners and volunteers. Manage logistics, vendors, permits and on-the-ground execution of CSR activities across Metro Manila and the provinces. Responsible gaming and player welfare Work with Compliance and Product to support responsible gaming education, awareness campaigns and community outreach. Develop partnerships with counselling, mental health and support organisations that help people affected by problem gambling. Support the company's public commitments on player protection with programs that are credible and measurable. Partnerships and stakeholder engagement Identify, vet and manage partnerships with NGOs, foundations, LGUs, schools, universities and community organisations. Run due diligence on partners and beneficiaries, and set up agreements, MOAs and reporting requirements. Build working relationships with barangay and local government officials in communities where programs run. Represent the company at community events, partner activities and CSR or sustainability forums. Employee volunteering and engagement Design and run the employee volunteering program, including volunteer days, skills-based volunteering and giving campaigns. Work with HR to connect CSR with employee engagement, culture and employer branding. Build a network of internal CSR champions across teams. Measurement, reporting and governance Define impact metrics for every program and track outputs, outcomes and social return on investment. Produce regular CSR reports for leadership, and contribute content to sustainability and ESG reporting. Prepare documentation that supports regulatory requirements and licence commitments related to social responsibility. Manage the CSR budget, donations and grants with full transparency, proper approvals and audit-ready records. Make sure all donations and community activities comply with anti-corruption, AML and company policies. Communications and storytelling Work with Corporate Affairs and Marketing to tell the company's CSR story through press releases, social media, internal channels and impact reports. Gather photos, videos, testimonials and data from the field, with consent and respect for beneficiaries' dignity. Make sure CSR communications are accurate, balanced and free of overclaiming. What You Bring 10+ years of experience in CSR, community relations, social impact or sustainability, including at least 5 years of program management experience. Experience managing a corporate foundation or non-profit organisation, covering operations, programs, governance and strategic planning. A track record of designing and delivering community programs from concept to measurable results, preferably in the Philippines. Strong network across Philippine NGOs, foundations, LGUs and community organisations, with experience managing partnerships and agreements. Hands-on experience in disaster response or humanitarian mobilisation. Solid grasp of impact measurement: setting KPIs, tracking outcomes and reporting to leadership and external stakeholders.
