Provide planning, coordination, environmental review and permitting services associated with the operations, maintenance, repair, replacement, rehabilitation and improvement of Sacramento River Flood Control Project and other State Plan of Flood Control facilities; work with staff and agency representatives in carrying out DWR studies, central valley flood protection planning, project implementation, and planning commitments.
