Sr. Manager, Environment & Sustainability

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Manager, Environment & Sustainability to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead enterprise-wide sustainability strategy and help shape environmental performance across the organization. The position is responsible for advancing ESG reporting, environmental compliance, and climate-related initiatives while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills to drive measurable progress against sustainability objectives. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $122,000 – $196,075 annually Responsibilities Develop and implement enterprise-wide sustainability strategies and objectives Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards Lead ESG data collection and reporting processes for transparency Manage climate and environmental initiatives to enhance performance Foster partnerships across departments to support sustainability goals Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field; Master's preferred 10+ years of experience in environmental management, compliance, or sustainability 5+ years of leadership experience in environmental or sustainability programs Experience with ESG reporting and sustainability disclosures is a plus Strong project management skills and stakeholder engagement capabilities Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Wellness programs and health savings accounts 401(k) plan with company match 11 paid holidays and 18 annual PTO days Eligibility for volunteer time off and paid parental leave Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
