Renewable Energy Engineer

POSITION: RENEWABLE ENERGY / SOLAR MANAGER Job Summary: MJCI is establishing a company focused on solar energy and other renewable energy projects and is looking for a qualified Manager to lead its operations and business development. Qualifications: Graduate of Engineering, preferably Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Licensed Engineer preferred With at least 5 years of experience in solar, renewable energy, power, or related industries Experience in solar project development and implementation Knowledge of project feasibility, costing, permitting, and regulatory requirements Strong project management, leadership, negotiation, and business development skills Knowledge of other renewable energy technologies is an advantage Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of solar and renewable energy projects Evaluate project feasibility, costs, and potential returns Manage contractors, suppliers, consultants, and other stakeholders Oversee permits, regulatory requirements, and project compliance Develop business opportunities and partnerships Monitor project implementation, performance, and budget Provide regular recommendations and reports to Management
