The Role
As Practice Manager at Truly London (Nine Elms), you’ll lead the operational, financial and people side of one of our flagship clinics. You’ll be accountable for patient experience, team performance, financial KPIs and compliance, partnering closely with the clinical lead to make your clinic the best in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Leading and developing the clinic team (reception, nurses, TPCs)

Owning clinic P&L, budgets and operational KPIs

Ensuring full compliance with GDC and CQC standards, GDPR and health and safety requirements.

Patient experience: NPS, feedback loops, escalations

Recruitment partnership and onboarding of new hires

Collaborating with Head Office on growth initiatives

Cross functional projects with Marketing, Sales and the Clinical Lead

What We're Looking For
3+ years managing dental, medical, or healthcare teams

Demonstrable P&L responsibility

Strong leadership and people development skills

Operations and compliance awareness (GDC / CQC / GDPR / health and safety)

Financial literacy: budgets, forecasts, cost control

Excellent communication

Right to work in the UK

Important Details Before Applying
Location: Truly London, Nine Elms (onsite role)

Contract: Permanent, full time, 40 hours per week

Working pattern: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends when required
