Shin Shin Group is looking for Manager - CSR Key Points A Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager is responsible for leading a company`s CSR strategy , ensuring that business operations are socially responsible and environmentally sustainable. Job Description / Responsibility Develop and implement CSR strategies and programs aligned with the company’s mission, values, and business objectives. Manage CSR initiatives , including sustainability projects, community outreach, philanthropic activities, and ethical business practices. Engage with stakeholders to identify social and environmental issues and gather input for CSR programs . Monitor and evaluate CSR impact , using key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting results to internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate volunteer and community engagement programs and promote employee participation in CSR activities . Communicate CSR initiatives through reports, presentations, and public forums to enhance brand reputation and stakeholder trust . Stay updated on CSR trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
