Sustainability Manager

We’re Hiring: Sustainability Manager Help turn sustainability priorities into practical plans, measurable progress, and clear reporting. We’re seeking a Sustainability Manager for a part-time, hybrid role supporting initiatives across business operations and collaborating with teams to make responsible practices part of everyday decisions. Location: United Arab Emirates Employment Type: Part-Time Experience Level: Mid-Level to Senior Work Arrangement: Hybrid Eligibility: Applicants must currently be based in the UAE What You’ll Do Develop and coordinate sustainability plans aligned with organisational priorities. Work with teams to identify opportunities to improve resource efficiency and reduce environmental impact. Track relevant data and progress against agreed targets, maintaining reliable records. Prepare sustainability updates and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Support initiatives related to energy, waste, responsible sourcing, and operational practices. Monitor relevant developments and help teams understand their practical implications. Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather information and advance projects. What We’re Looking For At least 3 years of professional experience in sustainability, environmental management, ESG, or a related role is preferred. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred. You’ll bring strong project coordination and communication skills, comfort working with data and reporting, and the ability to turn broad goals into clear next steps. Experience engaging multiple teams and building practical initiatives is valuable.
