Sustainability Junior Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Tasks JOB DESCRIPTION Support the collection, validation, and analysis of global ESG data and KPIs Calculate CO₂ emissions and drive the development and implementation of decarbonization initiatives Maintain, further develop, and ensure the quality of sustainability data within internal systems and reporting tools Support the preparation of internal and external reports, presentations, and decision-making materials Respond to customer sustainability requests (e.g., questionnaires and assessments) and support local LAPP entities on ESG-related topics Contribute to sustainability ratings and assessments, including data collection and coordination with internal stakeholders Support the preparation of reports aligned with major standards and regulations, such as the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) or the EU Taxonomy Support the development and continuous improvement of sustainability standards, processes, and documentation.
