ESG & Governance Procurement Enablement Associate Director

Associate Director, Procurement Enablement (ESG & Training) Lead procurement enablement efforts to strengthen global procurement capabilities within biotechnology and pharmaceuticals. Embed ESG and risk governance into category management, sourcing, and supplier management to improve compliance and value delivery. Key Responsibilities Design and drive procurement enablement strategy across global categories. Develop policies, playbooks, and analytics to strengthen compliance, sustainability, and performance. Collaborate with global stakeholders to standardize procurement processes and decision-making. Build and deliver training, toolkits, and change-management programs to upskill procurement teams. Support continuous improvement in a highly regulated environment. Qualifications & Skills Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and category strategy. Expertise in ESG integration and governance/risk frameworks. Proven capability to create enablement materials (playbooks, policies, analytics) and deliver training. Excellent stakeholder management and change leadership skills. Ability to operate effectively under regulatory and compliance requirements.
