Head of Solar Development

We are supporting a leading solar development company in Korea on a search for a senior executive to lead and scale their project portfolio. Position : Head of Solar Development Location: Seoul, Korea Responsibilities: Partner with the CEO to execute the business plan and drive growth Lead cross-functional teams across development, construction, and operations Build and standardize company-wide operational processes Oversee HSE, ESG, and regulatory compliance frameworks Engage with investors, government bodies, and industry stakeholders Key Qualifications: 15+ years in energy/infrastructure, with 5+ years in solar PV Proven leadership in project execution, risk management, and operations Experience working with government, EPC/O&M partners, and financiers Fluent in Korean and English Background in private equity–backed or multinational environments preferred This is a strong opportunity with a fast-growing and impact-driven solar developer.
