Environmental Sustainability Manager / Sustainable Development Director

Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Environmental Sustainability Manager / Sustainable Development Director to lead sustainability initiatives, environmental programs, and ESG-related activities across the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sustainability and environmental strategies. Lead ESG initiatives, sustainability reporting, and performance monitoring. Manage carbon emissions, energy efficiency, waste, water, and resource programs. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards. Set sustainability targets, KPIs, and improvement plans. Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, consultants, and external stakeholders. Monitor environmental risks and identify opportunities for improvement. Support sustainability certifications, audits, and corporate reporting. Requirements Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or related field. 5–8+ years of experience in sustainability, environmental management, or ESG. Strong knowledge of ESG, carbon management, environmental compliance, and sustainability reporting. Experience with GHG emissions, energy, waste, and environmental management. Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of frameworks such as GRI, TCFD, ISSB, or GHG Protocol is an advantage. Experience in manufacturing, construction, energy, infrastructure, or corporate sustainability is preferred.
