Senior Investment & Portfolio Manager (Renewable Energy & Infrastructure) A global clean-energy investment manager is expanding its Asia team. This senior role combines investment execution with active portfolio oversight and value creation across renewable energy platforms in the region. Key Responsibilities Lead the underwriting, financial analysis and execution of renewable energy and energy-transition investments, including solar, wind and energy storage. Manage commercial negotiations, transaction structuring and documentation, and assess development and construction risks. Oversee portfolio and platform performance, tracking business-plan KPIs and working with management teams on value-creation opportunities. Originate, screen and evaluate investment opportunities across Asia. Support project financing, fundraising, capital allocation and the development of the regional investment strategy. Prepare investment recommendations and materials for investment committee review; work with global colleagues on governance and risk. Mentor junior colleagues and represent the business with investors and industry stakeholders. Key Requirements Experience in M&A, project finance or investment advisory, ideally in renewable energy or infrastructure. Strong transaction experience, including underwriting, financial modelling, valuation, commercial structuring and documentation. Project-financing experience and an understanding of development and construction risks. Hands-on experience in portfolio management, business-plan delivery or value creation. Good knowledge of renewable energy or energy-transition assets and APAC markets. An established network for originating or evaluating investment opportunities in Asia. Experience mentoring or managing junior colleagues.
