As part of our growing Global Capability Center in Costa Rica, we're looking for a Jr. Sustainability Analyst – Reporting & Engagement to help drive ESG reporting, governance, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability initiatives across our global organization. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional who is passionate about sustainability, data analysis, ESG reporting, and making a meaningful impact in a multinational environment. What You'll Do ✅ Support sustainability reporting and ESG disclosures, including global reporting frameworks and customer requests. ✅ Collect, validate, and analyze sustainability data from teams across North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. ✅ Assist with sustainability ratings, rankings, and questionnaires such as CDP, EcoVadis, GRI, SASB, and ISSB-aligned disclosures. ✅ Help maintain ESG dashboards, KPIs, governance documentation, and sustainability performance metrics. ✅ Support responsible sourcing programs, supplier sustainability assessments, and compliance initiatives. ✅ Research sustainability trends, regulations, and industry best practices to provide insights and benchmarking support. ✅ Develop presentations, reports, training materials, and communications that translate sustainability topics into clear business messages. ✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Procurement, Operations, HR, Legal, Compliance, and Communications. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Communications, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, reporting, compliance, business analytics, or similar areas. Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal). Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a global environment. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of ESG and sustainability reporting frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISSB, CDP, EcoVadis, or RSPO. Experience with Power BI, Power Query, or dashboard development. Understanding of sustainability strategy, climate-related topics, carbon accounting, responsible sourcing, or supply chain sustainability. Spanish fluency and Portuguese proficiency are a plus.
