What Makes This Role Unique: Work at the intersection of law, policy, and sustainability within a globally connected, collaborative Managed Legal Services team. Takes ownership of key and impactful projects involving CSRD, ISSB standards, climate disclosures, emissions transition planning, and key regulatory areas such as supply chain due diligence, product/packaging regulation, eco-design, and carbon taxes. Prepare clear, client-focused advice notes, regulatory summaries, and briefing materials that translate complex legal and regulatory requirements into actionable insights. Support and manage project delivery including planning, quality assurance, status reporting, and fee awareness, with guidance and mentorship along the way . Communicate effectively with client and internal stakeholder, providing trusted advisory support . Collaborate with multidisciplinary experts across UK and USA, boosting your global professional network. Engage with technology-enable delivery methods including Microsoft 365 and merging legal tech line AI assisted review, to enhance advisory services and delivery. What You’ll Bring: You have 5–7 years’ experience in environmental, sustainability, ESG, regulatory, legal, policy, or compliance advisory roles. You hold a relevant degree in Law, Environmental Management, Sustainability, Commerce, or Public Policy (postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.) You are proficient in Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools, with a strong interest or experience in leveraging legal technology. You bring strong research, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, confidently translating complex regulations into practical advice. You demonstrate professional integrity, sound judgment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outputs. You are organized, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, virtual working environment.
