ESG & Governance Procurement Enablement Associate Director

Associate Director, Procurement Enablement (ESG/Governance/Training) Lead global procurement enablement initiatives to strengthen procurement capabilities across biotechnology and pharmaceuticals. Design and execute procurement enablement strategies, embedding ESG and risk governance into category management, sourcing, and supplier management. Partner with global stakeholders to develop policies, playbooks, and analytics that enhance compliance, sustainability, and value delivery. Build and deliver training, toolkits, and change-management programs to standardize processes and upskill procurement teams. Drive continuous improvement in a highly regulated environment by strengthening adoption of best practices and enabling data-informed decisions. Qualifications/Skills: Demonstrated leadership in procurement enablement and category/supplier management; strong governance and risk/ESG integration; ability to translate policy into practical tools; proven training and change-management expertise; solid understanding of compliance requirements in regulated industries.
