What You'll Do Help stand up Helios' first physical branch office in San Fernando, Pampanga, and build out day-to-day branch operations as the local team grows Own end-to-end delivery of residential solar installations in Pampanga, from sales handover through commissioning and client sign-off Coordinate site engineers, installers, and suppliers to keep every project on schedule and in scope Catch issues early and resolve on-site challenges with minimal escalation Keep quality control and compliance with Helios standards tight across all Pampanga projects Manage project documentation, timelines, and client communication from start to finish Support small commercial and industrial (C&I) projects where your experience allows Act as the senior Helios presence in Pampanga — guiding and supporting the local team day to day Coordinate with a local business development consultant driving Helios' growth in the region Keep Manila leadership in the loop on project status, team performance, and local market shifts Team up with the sales associate on client acquisition, site assessments, and technical input during proposals What You'll Bring 3–6 years in solar energy, with hands-on experience in residential installation and project management Solid grasp of PV system design, installation, and commissioning Experience leading on-site teams or managing subcontractors Business development or client-facing experience is a strong plus Comfort working independently and making operational calls without day-to-day supervision Strong organizational and communication skills — you can juggle multiple projects at once Exposure to small C&I solar projects is a bonus Based in San Fernando, Pampanga, or ready to relocate there A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field is preferred, but not required Why Join Helios A rare opportunity to lead and grow Helios' San Fernando branch, including standing up our first physical office there Real autonomy to run operations on the ground, backed by a strong Manila team A collaborative, mission-driven team that's building something that matters Competitive salary and benefits package Career growth as the San Fernando branch scales Apply Ready to lead Helios' presence in San Fernando?
