Technical Manager - Solar

Job Purpose Provide technical leadership for company's solar PV projects in Indonesia — reviewing tender documentation, coordinating with EPC partners, and leading technical evaluation — while liaising closely with Group HQ in China. Key Responsibilities Review the technical sections of solar PV project tender/bid documents; analyze technical clauses and provide professional recommendations. Liaise with EPC partners; review the overall electrical design of solar PV projects. Coordinate with the Construction Management Department and New Energy company at Group HQ to complete full-cycle technical review for each project. Manage technical communication and documentation for overseas projects to support the successful execution of international business. Candidate Requirements Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a complete track record of technical support on solar PV projects. Familiar with the full cycle of solar plant electrical design, EPC coordination, and tender/bid technical review. Strong cross-departmental collaboration skills; able to independently complete project technical review and solution discussions.
