eMobility & Decarbonisation Lead

Job Description The eMobility & Decarbonisation Lead is responsible for creating and delivering go-to-market products and expanding the service portfolio of charging and decarbonisation solutions. As part of EUROWAG’s group strategy on electrification and decarbonisation as a service, the incumbent plays a critical role in establishing Eurowag as a leading eMSP in CRT, including management of a CPO network and related services at customer locations. The role requires a strong self-driven business approach and collaborative leadership style. The incumbent brings distinct eMobility market understanding and experience on product definition and project delivery to support implementation of turnkey solutions at group level. Job Requirements Master degree or advanced degree preferred in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Information technology or business management Minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience in comparable roles Excellent understanding of the eMobility business landscape and relevant international players with extensive network of contacts Profound knowledge of decarbonisation practices in Europe. Other markets knowledge is a plus Extensive communication and negotiations skills with ability to work and energize a wide range of individuals involved Track of records in business delivery Fluent in English (C1+) and two more languages (B2+) Readiness for frequent travelling inside and outside Europe – up to 50% of the time Special skills and competencies Self-organised and solution focused personality Driven motivator Excellent communication and presentation skills Customer centric and commercially versed Structured and pro-active Orientation to detail and task completion Feeling for accountability of business deliveries Responsibility, reliability and effective time management Extensive skills in MS office – Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel Ability to perform in multicultural and fast changing environment Honest and driven by the same values as EUROWAG Group Job Responsibilities Lead the eMobility business development, including key account management of customers and partners. Oversee and advise on important technical integrations supporting the eMSP/CPO role of EURWOAG (e.g. booking, smart charging optimisation). Own the end-to-end project management and delivery of CPO-as-a-Service at customer depots, from planning to execution and operation (SLAs). Plan strategic charging corridors, including partner tariffs, with relevant CRT Charge Point Operators (CPOs). · Develop a strategy for electricity pricing, hatching and trading. Implement new eMobility services (subscription models, CO2 credits/GHG quota trading, energy procurement). Support product delivery of eMobility & Decarbonisation features, as part of EUROWAG’s digital platform. Engage with transport buyers (shippers, freight forwarders) to support service and product development of sustainability management and reporting tools (Ref.: CountEmissionEU). Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver agreed products and services in time. Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory conditions, in line with EUROWAG’s group environmental objectives. Represent EUROWAG and speak at industry events at a European level where necessary, stay ahead of industry trends, and new business opportunities. Build and maintain a network of customers and partners in close cooperation with other teams. Provide frequent coaching and training on eMobility trends internally.
