Responsible Sourcing Reporting Manager

Location: Hong Kong Join LRQA and Help Shape Responsible Global Supply Chains LRQA is looking for an experienced Global Responsible Sourcing Reporting Manager to lead our global reporting and analytics services across Responsible Sourcing, ESG, Social Compliance, and Supply Chain Risk Monitoring programmes. What You'll Be Doing Lead Reporting & Analytics Excellence Develop, maintain, and enhance business intelligence dashboards and reporting solutions across global Responsible Sourcing, ESG, and Supply Chain Risk programmes. Design scalable reporting frameworks, KPIs, and analytics tools that transform complex datasets into actionable insights. Drive automation, standardisation, and continuous improvement of reporting processes and visualisations. Partner with Global Clients Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, business objectives, and risk management priorities. Translate business needs into impactful dashboards, reports, and performance metrics. Act as a trusted advisor on reporting strategy, data visualisation, and performance measurement. Ensure Data Quality & Governance Own quality assurance for reporting deliverables across multiple client programmes. Maintain high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and integrity. Establish governance frameworks, review processes, and quality controls that support best-in-class reporting services. Drive Thought Leadership Serve as a subject matter expert on LRQA's EiQ platform, reporting solutions, and data ecosystem. Leverage knowledge of ESG, responsible sourcing, social compliance, and supply chain risk to deliver meaningful insights and recommendations. Support the evolution of reporting products, methodologies, and client solutions. Lead & Develop a Global Team Manage and mentor a team of Reporting Analysts located across multiple regions. Oversee workload planning and project delivery to ensure exceptional client outcomes. Foster a culture of collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For Essential Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Sustainability, or a related discipline. 5+ years' experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, Analytics, ESG, Responsible Sourcing, Compliance, or Supply Chain Risk Management. Demonstrated experience leading reporting or analytics teams within a client-facing environment. Advanced expertise in developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI platforms . Strong experience working with complex, multi-source datasets and enterprise reporting environments. Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and consulting skills. Preferred Experience Knowledge of ethical sourcing, ESG frameworks, social compliance, and supply chain risk management. Experience with SAP reporting environments and LRQA EiQ or similar risk and compliance platforms. Experience managing global or cross-functional teams.
