HR Internship - Energy/Tech industry - Brussels/Nivelles This internship gives you a practical view of the HR function. You will work directly with a small HR team and contribute to projects that shape the employee experience. From onboarding to employer branding and training. You will not just observe. What you will work on You will support the HR team across several topics that impact daily life in the company. Onboarding Help welcome and integrate new employees. Prepare onboarding steps, coordinate with teams, and make sure new joiners start in the right conditions. Team organization Support the definition of roles and team structures. Support the implementation of the new HRIS tool. Employer branding Contribute to how the company attracts talent. Social media, career pages, and sometimes events. Learning and development Assist in building and coordinating training plans for employees. HR projects Take part in improving HR processes and launching new initiatives that support the growth of the company. Your profile This internship is for students who want to understand how companies operate from the inside.
